“As a system of self-defence, Tai Chi Chuan is generally accepted as the ultimate and most complete practice — a sophisticated martial art which is completely non-aggressive.”

Practice of the form, with its slow and relaxed movements, develops flexibility and strength of the joints and muscles, improves and strengthens the circulatory system and internal organs, and improves concentration while releasing physical and mental tensions and stress.
